• All fees are subject to applicable taxes, including GST.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• Users are responsible for securing their credentials.

5. Service Availability

• Services are subject to maintenance and unforeseen outages.

• Elite IT Support includes specific SLAs for uptime and response.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mintcoded Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. All dues must be settled upon termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All software and documentation remain the intellectual property of Mintcoded Ventures.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with arbitration.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
